2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Alexis Verron and his clients in connection with services booked via the website www.kephas-home.fr.

2. Services

The services offered consist of troubleshooting and multi-services. Services are billed hourly, with a mandatory minimum of one hour. If the service exceeds the agreed duration, a price adjustment will be made after its completion.

3. Fees and payment

Prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking. Any extension beyond the agreed stay will incur an additional charge.

4. Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the legal period.

5. Cancellation

The client can cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the service. After this time, no refund will be possible.

6. Responsibility

The service provider undertakes to perform the services with care. It cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseen damages.

7. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, the service may be postponed or cancelled without charge.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
